Building Designer - Full time/Part time

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic self-starter with experience in ArchiCAD to design and document residential and commercial projects. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the pre-construction phase, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our passion for sustainable living and prefab modular construction.

Position Summary:

As directed by our Director of Design, you will document multiple architectural projects by working to a brief, prepare and assess resources and initiate a design plan. You will support all aspects of the pre-construction phase. A passion for sustainable living and prefab modular construction is core to your day-to-day projects.

Administration Support - Construction

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic self -starter, someone who can work both autonomously and within a team environment. This is a key role for our busy construction team, reporting to our Construction Manager and supporting our Construction Supervisor and Estimator in day to day administration and WHS duties. This is a fulltime role, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3.30pm. Flexible hours can be negotiated for suitably qualified candidates.
