Current Ecoliv opportunities

This new role will be a key member of the construction team. You will be responsible for the onsite management and delivery of multiple modular projects, including overseeing all site operations, OH&S compliance, site maintenance and security, and management of the Yard Coordinator. You’ll take accountability for ensuring all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards — on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities:

Lead onsite construction activities to ensure high-quality project delivery

Oversee OH&S compliance, site maintenance, and security across all active sites

Supervise and support the Yard Co-ordinator in stock coordination, material delivery, and storage management

Coordinate subcontractors, carpenters, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and workmanship quality

Conduct daily site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with plans and specifications

Manage site documentation including SWMS, safety records, and progress reporting

Lead Toolbox and OH&S meetings to reinforce a strong safety culture

Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Project Managers to resolve onsite challenges

Ensure environmental protection measures and sustainable site practices are maintained

Foster a positive and cohesive site culture aligned with Ecoliv’s values and commitment to sustainability

What you’ll bring:

10+ years of residential construction experience (prefab or modular experience highly regarded)

Strong leadership and team management experience with a focus on safety and quality

Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects and priorities simultaneously

Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of OH&S standards and compliance requirements

Competence in MS Office and construction software (e.g. Buildxact)

Valid Driver’s Licence and Red/White Card
