Stage one.
Pre‑constructionWe guide you through the pre‑construction journey to ensure the design suits your site and minimises environmental impact before we confirm all details in readiness for contract signing.
Stage two.
ApprovalsWe take care of design documentation during the Approvals stage to ensure the process runs smoothly.
Stage three.
ContractIt's time to make it official – we'll review and finalise your contract documents, ensuring all details are in place. Upon signing, you'll receive the necessary insurance certificates, including domestic builders and project‑specific warranty coverage.
Stage four.
ConstructionWe’ll build your modular home in our controlled construction facility over approximately 20 weeks, deliver it to your site ready to connect to services. Then, we’ll join you for a final inspection before it’s time to move in!

Every great idea begins with a spark. For me, that spark ignited during my early days as a building designer. I often encountered homes that were oversized, inefficient, and built with little consideration for their environmental impact, energy use, or the health of those living inside. I knew there had to be a better, more sustainable approach.
In 2008, I founded Ecoliv with a clear vision: to create homes that don’t just minimize harm to the planet but contribute to a sustainable future. Today, that vision drives everything we do. Our prefab modular homes embody thoughtful passive solar design, sustainable materials, and construction practices that prioritize long-term energy efficiency and harmony with the environment.
Over the past 16 years, Ecoliv has grown alongside the growing momentum for prefab modular homes as a smarter, more sustainable alternative to traditional building methods.
