The Ventnor house is a compact, single level design, showcasing locally sourced sustainable Silvertop Ash cladding which contrasts with dark Colourbond cladding to comply with a BAL rating of 29.

The ‘U’ shape of the module configuration provides a protected external courtyard and entertaining area, which can be enjoyed all year round. The use of ‘links’ provides privacy for the three different zones, accommodating a retired couple and their visiting family.
